Watchet is one of the final round of MCTi towns and WASP (Watchet Action Strategic Planning) will be publishing its plan at the end of June 08.
Current Projects
The following are other projects in the town that may be of interest. Many projects will come out of the MCTi Plan from June onwards.
1. Revamp of Esplanade ongoing work. Many projects currently being identified and prioritised through MCTi plan.
2. Mineral Line (Railway Line). Have applied for grant from Heritage Lottery with West Somerset District Council to enhance existing footpath along mineral line and improve interpretation facilities.
