Integrating Community-Led Plans with the Planning System
South Somerset District Council have produced a document explaining the current relationship between community-led plans and statutory land-use plans and outlines ways in which community-led plans can use and influence these statutory land-use plans.
This is a helpful move for Community Regeneration Partnerships and Town Councils, as this is a complex area to understand. The document can be downloaded from the Planning Policy pages on the SSDC site.
